Now hiring a Customer Service Representative for a bank in Helena, MT! Schedule: Part time. 10am-2pm Pay: $17-$20/hour DOE Core Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly and professionally to phone inquiries. Assist customers with various banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Engage with customers to better understand their financial needs, offering personalized solutions. Stay well-informed about the bank’s products and services to confidently provide customers with tailored recommendations. Become proficient in our banking software systems to assist with day-to-day operations. Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain operational standards. Perform additional duties as required by management to support the team and overall bank operations. Required Skills and Attributes: Strong commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accuracy in all transactions and interactions. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
