Bengals take a bite out of the Big Apple

The Helena High choir has been invited to sing alongside world famous singer/composer Moria Smiley at Carnegie Hall in New York City this upcoming May. After working with Moira over the past several years, including last year when HHS worked on a commissioned song about Montana called Headwaters, Moria wanted our choir to accompany her to Carnegie Hall and perform her songs. In an effort to help ofset costs, we are putting on a dinner and silent auction. Doors will open at 5:30pm with a silent auction. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm followed by a performance from Cottonwood Club. Choir students will be performing a few songs as well. Dessert will be provided by Helena High Culinary students and decorations from Helena High Art and Welding students.
