Job Description
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (Excluding Bonus Potential)
Silverman Law Office is changing the way law is practiced, and we’re looking for the right Office Manager to join our team. As our Helena and Bozeman offices continue to grow, we’re seeking an Office Manager with a passion for procedures, financial acumen, and team support. 
Our extraordinary team — from secretaries to paralegals to attorneys — provide support and a positive atmosphere. You will get the opportunity to work with our fantastic team and immediately connect with clients in a meaningful way — all while living in the fantastic community of Helena, Montana.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and already possess the ability to prioritize and manage numerous daily tasks.
  • Excellent communicator; professional written and verbal etiquette.
  • Ensure client trust accounts and financials are tracked and managed without error.
  • Efficient with Quick Books Online, Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer functions, and printer/fax machines.
  • Proactively communication with team members to ensure everyone is aware of procedure and team changes.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition process, from recruiting and onboarding to team retention.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage team events, including different venues and locations.
  • Be punctual in attendance and communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • 3 Years of Experience as an Office Manager.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and collection processes.
  • Familiarity with financial, bookkeeping and profit and loss statements.
  • 3 years of leadership experience, to include hiring, coaching, and terminating team members.
  • Experience in the legal industry preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
We provide bonuses based upon individual and team performance, along with retirement contributions, HSA contributions, and health, dental, and vision insurance. We also have a student loan repayment plan, and a relocation package paying up to $6,000.
