Job Description
Westaff is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a prominent law firm in Helena, MT! Schedule: M-F, full time; between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm; May consider part-time depending on qualifications! Term: could turn into a permanent opportunity for the right fit! Pay: $20/hr Duties: Greeting walk-in and telephone clients, and routing to appropriate staff as needed Reviewing, assessing, tracking, and responding to Potential New Clients Incoming and outgoing mail handling Opening and Closing legal case files Additional office support as needed, including tracking inventory and supply orders, preparing for in-house gatherings, maintaining conference room calendars Various clerical duties as assigned Qualifications: Proficient computer skills Macintosh and Clio are a plus Excellent customer service Strong verbal and written communication skill High degree of attention to detail Data entry experience Working knowledge of general office equipment Don’t miss out- apply TODAY for our Administrative Assistant position in Helena!
