Scheduling Coordinator

Westaff is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a children's hospital in Helena, MT! Schedule: M-F, 10am-6:30pm Term: 3 months+ Pay: $17.91/hour Duties: Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Coordinate time-off requests and adjust schedules to accommodate staffing needs. Monitor attendance, report absences, and ensure compliance with clock-in/clock-out procedures. Prepare and transmit payroll information accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with team members to arrange coverage for open shifts and adjust staffing levels as needed. Qualifications: Associate’s degree preferred and/or 2–4 years of staffing or scheduling experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Must pass background check Benefits: Weekly pay!
