Job Description
Westaff is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join the talented team at a local dance company in Helena, MT! *This is a career opportunity* Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 1:00 pm-6:30 pm during academic school year (Sept-May) *Summer months require morning hours generally 8:00 am - 1:30 pm Pay: $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr DOE Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office • Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and digital • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner • Utilize computer skills for tasks such as data entry, scanning, and emailing • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks • QuickBooks experience is a plus • Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing • Follow instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service Qualifications: • Proficiency in general office skills, including organization and attention to detail • Experience with telephone etiquette and basic computer skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; Basic Bookkeeping skills preferred • QuickBooks experience is a plus • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service Benefits: • Competitive hourly wage • Opportunities for time off • Opportunity to be part of a passionate and dedicated team in the arts community Don't wait on this- apply today for IMMEDIATE consideration for our Administrative Assistant position!
