Free Dance Workshop

Cohesion Dance Project is hosting a free dance workshop led by its 2024 guest artist choreographers, Seely Garrett, Toree Benson, and Tara McFarland on Friday, March 1 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Cohesion Center, 1020 Argyle. During the workshop, these Montana-based choreographers will lead participants through movement phrases and an introductory discussion about the concepts they plan to explore for the Fractal-Inspired Residency project. The workshop is open to dancers ages 10 to adult of all levels and abilities. Those interested in the workshop can register at www.cohesiondance.org or call 406-422-0830 for more information. Following the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to join the Residency cast. All who are interested will be cast in the show, pending rehearsal availability. The cast of dancers will continue to explore fractal-inspired movement, music and art for the following nine weeks working with a variety of choreographers, musicians and videographers.
