Licensed Program Supervisor-Residential Full-Time / Exempt Helena Position Overview: Responsible for clinical supervision of employees for the Group Homes, Adult Foster Care and Day Treatment Services. Provides clinical oversight to the treatment team within the group home, conducts and supervises the treatment plan, and provides clinical treatment to the clients as medically necessary. Job Duties: Clinical supervision and oversight of programs and services for Group Homes, Day Treatment, Adult Foster Care, and treatment teams. .5 FTE will be duties as the therapist to clients in Group Home and .5 FTE will be program supervision. Conducts and supervises the treatment plan and provides clinical treatment to the member as medically necessary. Knowledge of each member in the house and will have contact with each member a minimum of once per week. Oversees the quality of the program and services to include participation in audits by the state. Implement program needs and development in alignment with the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARMs) and Behavioral Health Disorders Division (BHDD) of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS). Consistently demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain good public relations with families, referral agencies and other community resources through appropriate organizational, written, and verbal skills. Compliance of Group Homes, Day Treatment, and Adult Foster Care ARMs. Works with Operation Manager to conducts employee evaluations, interviewing, hiring, terminations, administer performance improvement plans as needed. Works with Operations Manager to assess incoming referrals for client admissions to Group Homes, Day Treatment, and Adult Foster Care levels of care. Develop training opportunities for employee development with direct care employees and unlicensed therapists. Provides consultation and education services to outside agencies and the public as assigned. Maintains a clinical knowledge of EHR functions. Must perform emergency services for clients in crisis both during and after normal work hours. Must have valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and valid vehicle insurance as travel is required. May need to transport clients. Minimum Qualifications: • Graduation from a college or university with a master’s degree in social work or counseling and Montana licensure as a LCSW or LCPC is required. • Two years’ experience post licensure in Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred. • Travel is required. • Supervisory experience preferred. $6,000 Sign on Bonus!!
