Customer Service Representative/Teller (Part-Time)
Location: Ascent Bank | Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. Core Responsibilities:

· Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly and professionally to phone inquiries.

· Assist customers with various banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Engage with customers to better understand their financial needs, offering personalized solutions.

· Stay well-informed about the bank’s products and services to confidently provide customers with tailored recommendations.

· Become proficient in our banking software systems to assist with day-to-day operations.

· Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain operational standards.

· Perform additional duties as required by management to support the team and overall bank operations.

· Excellent active listening skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively.

· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accuracy in all transactions and interactions.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal and financial background check.

Job Type:

· Part-time, permanent position (20 hours per week).

· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
