Stockman Bank opened a Loan Production Office in Helena, with the focus on residential real estate lending. Known as Stockman Bank Mortgage Services, the Helena location is the 22nd for the Stockman family - Stockman Financial Corp. - which is headquartered in Miles City. Stockman Bank was started in 1953 by rancher and businessman, William Nefsy, and is still family owned and operated today.

Monica Winfield leads Stockman Bank Mortgage Services as Real Estate Loan Officer. Winfield is a Helena native and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her position. She is very involved in the Helena community including Habitat for Humanity, Race for the Cure and is also a member of Soroptomists International.

Chris Warren is Real Estate Assistant and has 10 years of banking and mortgage lending experience. In addition to assisting clients with their home loan needs, Chris provides loan processing assistance for the Helena office.
