about us
Montana Business Assistance Connection (MBAC), a non-profit economic development organization, was formed to retain existing and create new jobs in Lewis and Clark, Broadwater, and Meagher Counties (MBAC/Gateway region). Since late 1999, MBAC has utilized private and public capital resources and professional business development assistance to directly create and retain more than 1,000 jobs in the MBAC region. In addition, Montana Business Assistance Connection?s (MBAC) economic development activities have injected more than $45 million of public and private funds into the regional economy.
Today, MBAC focuses its efforts on attracting new basic-sector employers to Lewis and Clark, Broadwater, and Meagher Counties, retaining existing employers, and helping all employers expand their businesses. The accomplishment of this mission will enhance the area business climate, facilitate continued growth, diversify the local economy, expand the tax base, and enhance the employment opportunities for residents, thereby improving the overall standard of living for all citizens.
We can provide you with local and regional data as well as available real estate and facilities. In addition, we will aid in coordinating your visit with local and regional stakeholders (e.g. government officials, local colleges and workforce training organizations), private sector leaders, and research and prepare local and state economic development incentive applications.
