Blue River Property Management, LLC (Blue River PM) is owned and managed by Sarnen Steinbarth a Licensed Property Manager. Sarnen has over 200 unit-years experience managing both single and multi-family housing. He has 7 years experience as a real estate and loan agent in California. He is also the founder of Montana Property Education and one of only two instructors approved by the Board of Realty Regulation to teach the Property Management Pre-License course in the State of Montana. He can relate to the needs of owners as a property owner himself. Sarnen is a licensed commercial pilot and enjoys flying, skiing, camping and anything outdoors.
