406 Compost is happy to provide the opportunity to reduce your carbon footprint without the mess of doing it yourself. We have partnered with YES Compost!, an organic vermiculture (worms) processing facility that turns your food waste into organic fertilizer and quality soil nutrients. Along with the food scraps in traditional compost, the collection also includes meat, dairy, grease, and compostable dishware. (We also provide on-demand yard waste collection for customers up to twice per year). Our household service includes 5-gallon bucket(s), collected every other week. For rural residents, we provide an exchange service and a drop-off site at the Good Samaritan Thrift Store (3067 N Montana Ave). You can select your payment method: $20 monthly $5 per month for each additional bucket Or get a free month when you sign up for annual payments HELENA BUSINESSES We offer large containers and the option of biweekly or weekly pickup.
