Our Customer Success Representatives are the first point of contact for our customers and we often refer to our CSRs as the ‘face and voice’ of our entire company. Our Customer Success team also plays a vital role in collaborating with multiple departments throughout the company to ensure that customer experience and communication remain at the highest level. Please apply if you: The customer experience is of utmost importance to you Enjoy working on your own, yet collaborating with a team Have the desire to contribute and innovate Are detail-oriented and organized Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Have a high school diploma or equivalent Want to work for an excellent, local, award-winning, high-speed broadband internet provider Essential Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking help with their accounts or billing questions Answer phones, transfer calls, and assist walk-in customers Create tracking tickets for all inbound customer communications Collaborate with multiple departments including technical support, field technicians, etc. Handle cash/check payments Utilizing our internal systems to pre-qualify potential customers for service, follow up on service inquiries, create accounts, and schedule appointments Possess an understanding of the organization’s product offerings and stay current with system information, and escalate more complex inquiries Monitoring several spreadsheets and tracking internal support tickets Basic clerical, office, and administrative support as required Run reports as needed Perform other duties or special projects as assigned Schedule: Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. We offer: A leading local broadband internet company with over 25 years of operation experience Flexible scheduling and time off Supplemental Aflac insurance An opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and expanding company After 6 Months: Monthly phone reimbursement Free/reimbursement for internet services PTO and paid holidays Company-paid Term life insurance Montana Internet is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
