Job Description
Green Up IT is looking for an early to mid-career IT professional to join our team. Green Up IT, located in Helena Montana, is an IT consulting firm providing IT support for small to medium sized businesses. At Green Up IT, Inc., our IT consultants understand technology. Experience Level: · Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT Technology. · 5-10 years experience including helpdesk operations, implementation of IT projects, business analyses. Knowledge Base: · Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop and server applications and operating systems. · Experience with O365, MS PowerShell, QuickBooks, SharePoint, Active Directory, Network and Firewall configuration and management, Server installation and deployment. · Experience with ConnectWise CRM a plus but not required. Will train. · Firm understanding of backup and disaster recovery principals. · Provide end-user desktop support through a centralized service desk. · Deploy or install new PC equipment, VoIP telephones and/or applications. · Perform system monitoring and backups. · Troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues and escalate as necessary for assistance. · Configure and deploy Windows 10 in an enterprise and mobile environment. · Provide after-hours support as required. Ability To: · Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and customers. · Effectively communicate verbally and in writing · Communicate technical issues to non-technical people. · Be optimistic about assigned work, share expertise, and respond positively to challenges and change. · Troubleshoot and solve problems and know when to escalate issues. · Work both independently and as part of a team, remote and onsite. · Find effective solutions while considering short-term and long-term impacts. · Plan, organize, gather information, and conduct research. · Learn quickly and adapt to change.
