Job Description
? Maintain proficiency and knowledge of related guest activities, operations, rates, policies, and procedures. ? Have a clear understanding and be able to respond professionally to any hotel emergency. ? Complete all tasks as outlined. In particular, the Night Audit checklist must be completed accurately and in a timely manner. ? Assist in set-up and breakdown of meeting rooms. ? Work on special projects as assigned. Attend all staff meetings. ? Maintain strict confidence regarding company related matters. Follow company policies and procedures in the control and handling of hotel assets and monies under the control of the Front Office. Report any discrepancies or control breakdowns to the Front Desk Manager immediately. Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
