Job Description
  • Reports to the Branch Manager.
  • Our Customer Service Representatives I are the primary contact for most bank customers. They are responsible for supporting the continued development of customer relationships through providing outstanding quality of service.
  • Responsible for greeting, actively profiling customers and handling broad based banking services and transactions.
Desired Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months customer service experience.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately as well as under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • $14.00 per hour or D.O.E. 
  • Valley Bank, Helena, MT.
