Description: Carroll College is seeking an enthusiastic, competent, and highly self-motived individual to join our growing Master of Social Work program as an Administrative Coordinator. A critical role on our team, the Administrative Coordinator assists with student recruitment and admissions and it helps accepted applicants and newly deposited and current students as they navigate a variety of college processes and systems. The position also helps with program marketing, assists with the planning and facilitation of program events and activities, and it supports the basic administrative needs of the program. The Administrative Coordinator must be able to work independently as they complete multiple time-sensitive tasks. This position must also work closely with other Carroll offices and departments to ensure students are able to successfully navigate relevant enrollment, financial aid, and registration-related processes. Because this role interacts frequently with prospective students and applicants, they must develop a working knowledge of the format and curriculum of Carroll’s MSW program, social work licensure in the State of Montana, and the program’s accreditation process. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. plus 3 years’ experience in administrative support. Associates Degree and prior knowledge of the social work profession is preferred. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
