Job Description
Westaff is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a local Accounting Firm in Helena, MT!! Schedule: 3-5 days per week, 9am start time with flexible hours! Term: Career opportunity! Pay: $20/hr+ DOE Duties: • Answer phones and greet visitors • Assist with calendar maintenance and email correspondence • Attend staff and other meetings and assist in maintaining minutes • Collate and distribute documents received, both electronic and physical • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents • Assist to maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical • Assist with retrieving and maintaining records from external sources • Bookkeeping duties as assigned Qualifications: • Entry level bookkeeping experience • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Exceptional organization skills • The ability to prioritize projects • The ability to meet deadlines • An eye for detail Benefits: • Retirement Plan • Personal Time Off • Paid Holidays • Other benefits available, as determined Don't miss this opportunity!
