Event Description:
Montana State University Extension – Lewis and Clark County is partnering with St. Peter’s Health to offer an 11-week series of nutrition and physical activity classes to help reduce the risk of heart disease. Classes will cover topics such as the impacts of heart disease, portion control, menu planning, and ways to reduce stress. There are also cooking and physical activity components. While this class may eventually expand to include men, right now the class is open to women and specifically designed for women over 40 years of age who are at risk for heart disease.

Classes are Wednesdays, March 14th-May 30th from 5:30-7:00pm. We will skip class on May 9th.

Fees/Admission:
Class participants are asked to make a $20 donation to help cover costs of the class.
